Wallet recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, addresses and balances are not stored by the FGC Wallet server. The encrypted wallet vault is stored locally in the user’s browser.

If you email the organisation, that communication is handled by the organisation’s email provider and is not linked to the local wallet.
